Override collects anonymized administrative conflict timelines to build an open-source Bureaucracy Research Database. We never collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information (PII) such as account numbers, SSNs, or login credentials.

All sensitive details are edited locally in your browser and are never sent to our servers. Generated documents are stored without PII. If you optionally provide a follow-up email, it is stored securely and used solely to check on the resolution of your case after 14 days.

We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. The anonymized research corpus may be made publicly available for academic and policy research purposes.
